Combinied Cycle is one way to generate electricity.
The plants of CCGT have a two thermodynamic cycles, in of them have a gas turbine where the combustion happens, an d one part of the heat is use to move the turbine and the other is use to heat water, and when the water convert in steam we have the other cycle, the other cycle have a steam turbine, in the setam turbine generate move with the steam, both turbine are conected to generator and here it's converted to electricity.
In Durango we have a CCGT plant.
