The question is so simple,somebody can answer?.
I think that word "interesting" can take many definitions, and you decide who or what is interesting for you.
For example I was thinking that my work are bord, but this is false because everyday i make a diferent things and meet new people.
So now I think that my work is interesting.

Actually, it IS a very complex question! But I think everybody agrees in the fact that it means 'something that catches your attention and that you like.' Other than that it's a matter of personal taste; and even then, these change with the time and according to how we perceive the world around us.
